How do I get started?

The Make Your Own Medicine book or session is the best place to start.  It is Session I or Book I of the Foundations series.  All the L.E.A.N. principles build off  Make Your Own Medicine.  And, no...  you aren't literally making our own medicine.  ​You will learn how to release your body’s innate ability to make its own medicine and heal itself.  

What will be taught?

Through the living L.E.A.N. foundation courses, you will gain knowledge about how the body works or doesn't work, understand what needs to change to live optimally, and will be given the tools you need to put the information and knowledge into practice.  No monthly subscriptions.  No meal plans.  Just the information and tools you need to make lasting changes in your health.
