In this session, you will learn what inflammation is, the purpose of inflammation, the toll that excess inflammation takes on the body, what causes it and provide you with the tools you need to prevent or lessen it.  Sessions are interactive and will end with a Q&A session.  This is one session in a four part series called Prime Time Health.
